Day 31 is based off of a photo taken by Sera Petras for Pronto, my favorite local coffee shop! They serve authentic Italian espresso from Lavazza, make their own gelato, and provide the PERFECT space for me to get my admin work done. I seriously camp out there for hours each week. This particular order is an Affogato, which is rich espresso over an almond gelato.
