As you head further into Rockbridge County, there are beautiful rolling fields along twisty backroads. The farm land creates grids and variations in the green of the landscape. This painting resembles those spaces in my county and many rural areas, and the soft yellow greens are contrasted by a whimsical cotton candy pink sky.
